Hello everyone.
I am new in this forum, and I am really glad to join it. I was following this site for few months, and I think it is of a very good help, especially when someone has to pass some tests with a high score.

I read your essay, I can give you some feedback, however I am not an expert. I am in the same boat as you, and I need to improve my writing.
Following is the outline of the essay. 
1.Introduction with thesis statement and your choice
2.first body paragraph: advantages of individaual sports
3.second body paragraph: advantages of team sports
4.what kind of sport you prefer, reasons, and examples.
5.conclusion: restate the introduction, use new words but do not bring new idea here.

I think in your introduction there is no thesis statement that gives the reader a clear idea about the following paragraphs. In additon, I think that it is better to state your preference in the introduction.
In your essay body paragraphs do not have topic sentences whish are very important.
Try to rewrite the essay with more organisation. Then edit it because there are some grammar mistakes.
I hope this can help you but I repeat I am not the expert.

I'm very glad that I have become a member of your blog! I'm a middle school student and trying to learn English. I really have fun learning English and my dream is to learn more foreign languages other than English.

I have just browsed through your blog and I was surprised of your detailed and informative guidelines, tips, useful information, and so on! And considering precious help that I can get from other members of this forum, I believe this is just an ideal place to improve my English!
