The reading and listening sections for the iBT TOEFL are relatively easier to prepare for than the speaking or writing sections. There is a great wealth of material and advice around the Internet, as well as some very good preparation books.

First of all, I absolutely recommend this book (if you don't already have it):

It is absolutely the most reliable guide and has a LOT of reading and listening materials. It is also great for giving you specific guidelines, examples and tips for different kinds of reading and listening questions that appear in the test.
