It's a bit strange to watch your face through the eyejot. Nice to meet you here.
I have a question difference between "nice to meet you" and "nice meeting you."
Anyway, nicely hair cut!

That's a good question, and fairly easy to answer.

"Nice to meet you" is spoken at the beginning of a meeting with a new person, whereas "Nice meeting you" would be said at the end of that meeting, as the two people are preparing to go their separate ways.

So basically, "to meet" comes at the start of the meeting situation, whereas "meeting" comes at the end, probably just before you say good bye. "Nice meeting you" would also be used in something like a follow up email, referring to the earlier situation.

The same works for "nice to see you" and "nice seeing you". These phrases come at the beginning and end of a situation where you meet the same person again, or catch up with someone you haven't seen in a while.

So there you have it!
