Dear,

Hello. How have you been doing? I hope you`re doing well.

I was looking forward to have a meeting with you about our new food supply system. As a No.1 Restaurant in our country, we would like to offer the best foods to our customers. As we already asked before, we would like you to bring the inspection sheet of every food your company supplies with each sample of the food(especially in the case of raw fish you need to bring where it comes from-we prefer Changwon fish), and we asked you to reply the arrangement in 5th Aug. but you haven`t replied. So I`m just curious about there`s something wrong with your company. Please Reply and Confirm the date of meeting.

Thank you for sending E-mail. We apologize that we didn't reply about your request. We had a lot on our plates with a major project, therefore we don't want you to feel uncomfortable.

We are considering the date of meeting, and we would like to meet you on 5th Aug which you already suggested. We will bring the inspection sheet that has information of every food we supply.

I am looking forward to have a meeting and we hope you are satisfied with our food.

Dear Wonsu,

Thank you for your reply, and I`m already excited with the news that we are going to have a meeting on 5th Aug. I hope everything will go right.

But there`s just one thing that I`m still wondering. I`ve mentioned that especially in the case of raw fish, I needed it to be Changwon fish. In addition to that, I need a certificate of origin, too.

I`m sorry if feel uncomfortable with this mail, but still we can discuss it on the meeting day.
