Governments make rules to protect people from danger, for example by making people wear seat belts in cars or not allowing smoking in public buildings. However, many people believe there are too many rules nowadays.

To what extent do you agree or disagree?

The impact of unfettered population growth is main endanger to human being. Most of time they come out with many health problems ,that are produced by unwantted habbites, urbenization hence, more accident, and crimes. That is why many rules and regulations needs to be introduced to protect them from danger.Otherwise country will cramp with it's development.Eventhough many people think ,that above rules are affected their freedom as it is not so
Let's think about smoking,it is a  harmful bad habit which can leads to so many health problems, such as heart attacks, respiratory problems and mental problem with addiction .As you know it will give rise harmful effects  even to featus where mothers don't smoke .So it is necessary to introduce policy  to prohibite smoking in public places such as bus halts and common buildings. There by passive smoking can be limited.
However ,at the same time legality regarding wear seat belt in cars ,not to drive with the influence of alcohol, road traffic rules ,etc, are more importent to decline the accidents .As a result of  such proposals people's life will become better ,especially free of stress, where there are polite drivers on the roads. That is why many countries very perticuler about traffic rules.
Even though goverment try to spring their people's lives to better quality some of them against it, as they only think about themselves .For an example, prohibition of smoking in public places ,these culprits think that it limit their previlege and happiness. They don't bother about their health as well as other's
In my conclusion I think being a prosperous and  healty nation there should be apropriate rules and regulations to safegard from risk  of their community.
