Let me introduce myself, I'm Marilou Coria. Some friends call me Malou. I'm from Philippines. I've been staying here in Korea for almost 8 years. I'm married and have a five-year old cute and adorable son.
Actually my major in my home country was ECE (Electronics and Communications Engineering). After I graduate, I worked in some of the semiconductor companies in Philippines and Taiwan. Lacks of patience leads me to stop from waiting to be a successful engineer.
When I got married and had a son, I realized that I want to be a teacher. In my country English is a second language that's why I choose it to be my second major. At first, it's really hard because it is not that easy to teach especially for those students who's not really familiar with English. Sometimes I think that they're not really interested to learn but I take it as challenge. For now, I have a part time job in English Academy here in Daegu wherein most of my students are Elementary students.
Although working, studying and being a mother was really a big responsibility I still want to work hard to reach my goals
