TOEIC Writing Test Practice 8: Write an opinion essay

Hi evry body,
As a matter of fact and from the very primary seeds of human soceities, work has been a living sign; it takes the lion section of our interest. And I tink this is upto many reasons, i'd like to list them briefly. First is the need to survive, to prove oneself, help and be helped, push life circulation...etc.
In the mass, work for me is a means but not a goal, it is a space where i can succeed and prove my self as a distinct entity and of course it is a legal way to gain money. On these bases, I don't care if I work in others companies or managing my own business. Yet if i have chance to choice I prefer to manage my business because there will be less pressure of resbonsibility in the sense that if there be losses or things alike I will not feel guilty.

People in today's world have more opportunities and choices where to work than they had before. Some prefer to work for big companies other prefer to run their own business. Personally, I am of the opinion that working for the large company can bring more advantages than working for yourself. For instance, People who work for large organization have much more of free time than those who work for themselves.

I believe that individuals who have chosen to work for themselves are having less time than those who works for large corporation. For example, I have been working in the hotel for 2 years. Even though I like my work, I don't want to work for overtime. People who are working for themselves usually should stay in their companies until they finish the work, because they know that it is them who are responsible for their business, and that they should rely only on themselves. As soon as I finish my work, I could perform extracurricular activities such as playing tennis, biking, painting, reading. My pastimes help me to soothe my tension, to stay physically fit, be healthy and finally to feel relax. Therefore, when I arrive at work, I feel myself perfect and I am ready to use my energy at work. However, people who run their own company, finish their work late, they could not have enough time for their hobbies, consequently later they might experience health problems. Also, Having more of free time, I could spend and enjoy evenings with my family and friends. Without any doubt having more of free time is very important.

The exchange of thoughts and ideas is essential feature in our life. Meeting as many people as we could give us the chance to communicate openly, shares our ideas and receive foremost information.
To be specific, I think people who work for a large corporation have more possibility to meet and communicate with other people than those who work for themselves.For example, As I work for the big hotel, every day, I meet various people like colleagues from other departments and tourists from exciting countries. Therefore, I am able to exchange my thoughts, explore my horizon and get some knowledge from people with who I communicate. On the other hand, people who running their own company, sometimes have few persons with who they communicate. This, sometimes causes them to be unrelieved and needleless in their environment.

To conclude, It is up to everyone where they would like to work. But I prefer to work in a large organization because I have more of free time which I am able to spend on my family, friends and hobby. Furthermore, by working for the large company, I could meet so many interesting people that I never become bored. What else could be important in our life than health, family and people?

Talking about the working place. Actually it is hard cause with each person they will have their own opinion.
with my own, i prefer working in big company than managing my own business cause some reason as follows;
+ The first, I dont want to become a boss cause that mean i must take much responsibility for business, I must control my company, make it develop and have profit more and more. I must take care all jobs of my staff, customer, co-operator... I will work with high pressure and have not much time for relax, for my family.
+ The second, working in big company that mean you dont need to take care all complicate of rule, tax office....

+ Finally, working in big company i could have more freedom than managing my own company. I feel more comfortable when working without any pressure as when im a boss. I have more time to relax and show my ability to colleagues, my boss and have more target in there, i could have more time for my family and friends.
