In the movie and drama section, they have subtitles and interpretation including annotation for difficult words and useful idioms. The subtitle can be covered if you want. They are little bit short but it repeats automatically, so you don't need to have trouble clicking it frequently.
The news, CNN/BBC News, has also ABC News for Australian and CBC News for Canadian. You know CNN is for American and BBC news is for British. It has many advantages.
First of all, we can listen each native announcer pronunciation not only of American but also British, Australia and Canadian.
Second, the trait of news has 6-wh principles which is about who, when, where, what, how and why, so we can acquire the structure in English naturally listening it.
Finally, we can know about the culture and news about the country indirectly through just listening it.

In the case of Ap News it's good to improve listening skill as well as writing. I'll write good ways for listening now. AP news has many blanks which are for useful words and idioms. We can fill in them as we listen it. It's like a dictation, Semi or half dictation? We can stop it and listen a specific part which I want to listen to again.

Finally, in the speaking I'd like to recommend to shadow English words.
As many people know, YouTube site is like a treasure. It has lots of screens. Just search whatever you want to listen and repeat and shadow it over and over until you understand it. It takes much time but I think it's very good way to improve speaking in English. As we shadow it, we can acquire his or her pronunciation and accent naturally. Nobody can't speak same word many times in real life, but the internet screen can!

Those things are good ways to improve English skills as far as I know.
I'm sure that the ways have been helping me to improve my English a lot without any abroad experience. We can learn English more than we expect just through click on those useful internet sites.

There’re many effective and good ways to improve English skills on the Internet. These consist of multimedia contents, general interaction and live interaction.

First of all, a variety of multimedia contents has been gaining popularity. Soap opera, movie and pop song, these are some kinds of them. In my case, I heard pop songs everyday while reading the lyrics. It was very effective method to improve my English listening. Watching movies or soap operas is popular among people as well. It is also great ways to improve English skills because movies and soap operas contain not only colloquial English but also English culture. One language and culture are said that they’re inseparable. That’s why more and more Koreans are trying to watch them.

Also, we can share other foreigner’s opinions so that we can see things on the basis of English speaking people also. As another example, personal blog and Internet cafe are cool. Whenever and wherever, if we can use the Internet, English learning needs just only our enthusiasm to learn it. It's up to us.

Most people around the world enjoy and at the same time learn English through what they call International phone calling by using the Internet. This became more popular since a caller who is usually those who are willing to learn English can call for free and with unlimited time. And one of the important skill that the English learner can practice is, talking usually to a native speaker is one of important factor to improve listening and conversation especially for those countries who cannot practice English conversation in-actual because they don't have the opportunity to do so. And at the same time it excites the learner because they were able to meet many friends from different nations.

Finally, although there are many ways to practice writing in English but doing it through the Internet is more fun and easy. Having e-mail penpals allows a person to write as often as they want. And to think that if their penpal is a foreigner, they usually communicate through English. But most of the people especially students actually wants to have a foreign penpal because their main goal is to learn English. By this way it is amazing that a person can learn English without much stress and burdens.

As a conclusion, with the examples mentioned above, it is clear that the Internet can really be a big help to learn English. With the ways like researching, real-time communication and writing it is not already impossible to improve many skills with regards to learning English. And it is very convenient because they can learn in a more creative way. It's like whenever they turn on their computer there are also many opportunites and chance that awaits them.

These all are good for our improvement of English skills.

In my conclusion, there are a lot of other ways to use in order to improve English skills clearly. However there are good method to study English, if we do not try it by ourselves, it is useless. It' up to you that can improve English skills. That I have explained above is a just tip for someone who really wants to be good at English; you should have much more opportunities to use in English and when you get to be ready for it, you can make use a large number of materials for the improvement. Sometimes, someone replies to what she wrote and then it is can be feedback or peer-evaluation naturally. Next, E-mail has advantages to get a real response from receiver and keep writing for a long times. By E-mailing with foreigners, they can realize importance of writing not a kind of studying subject but a way of communication. This makes people motivate to write English. Therefore, the Internet is very useful for developing writing skill.

Thirdly, we ought to use the Internet to improve listening skill as much as we are able to, so that we are exposed English for enough time. To improve listening skill, we need to listen to English certain quantity of time. However, it is impossible to buy English tapes or education materials every time to do that. That is because these are more interesting and it reports daily events of other countries. In modern society, people are too busy to read and watch media contents everyday. In the internet, however, you don't have to concerned about that problem. you can watch everything whenever you want. In other words, there is no limitation of time through the internet, you are able to study English far more comfortable. Most of all, it costs less money for improving your English skills. There are a number of sites which provide media contents for free such as CNN and The New York Times. Especially, news and newspaper contain various genre of article. It makes you learn various English expression form from politics to economy.

Finally, join a internet cafe related with English studying. Most people who join a cafe are interested in English. So they upload diverse English materials. For instance, some people upload grammar and vocabulary data in order. For studying easily, you have only to follow that order. Of course it is provided for free. In addition, interaction is good point of internet cafe. If you have questions about something, you can ask to them. In opposite case, you can also give an answer. And maybe you want someone to detect grammatical mistake in your essay and correct it. In the internet cafe, it is possible. For this reason, a mutual help through the internet is very helpful. It will be better than study alone with book.

In conclusion, we are living in an information-oriented society. In this society, internet has a great part of people's life. We can do most of things with the internet. Therefore, when you use the internet well, it will be a great supporter to you. However, Koreans spend a lot of money on studying English. And there is not enough time to practice everyday. But three ways in the above are free and there is no limitation of time and spot in the internet. So improving English skills depends on your effort.
