Buffaloes are used in a small Brazilian town as a vehicle in difficult accessible areas. The mayor of the town replaced the trash track with water buffaloes. The police also use this type of transportation to reach the inaccessible terrains.
In one way, I think it was a good reason to change the trash track with buffaloes as they are inexpensive and could reach highly accessible areas. However, in the other way, I could hardly imagine poor animals walking down the streets all day long and smelling the trash!
I think, buffaloes should only be used as a mean of transportation to access highly reachable areas and not as a trash animal.
