Below you will find a menu with links to a specialized and expanded application of the TOEIC speaking test format, designed specifically for people working in the English Language Teaching profession.

I call these applications TOEIC FLEX, to indicate these principles:

1. FLEXIBLE application of the TOEIC format

2. Opportunity to FLEX your English for the specific needs of your occupation and field

3. Foreign Language EXpertise based on your specialized EXperience!

The format of this test is similar to the standard TOEIC speaking test, but all of the content is specific to working and communicating as an English Language Teacher.

A unique aspect of this test is the inclusion of sections (A-D) for communicating and explaining in English while actually in the classroom with secondary school students, and other sections (E-G) focusing on talking in English with other teachers as part of professional interaction in the ELT field.

Each question features a direct link to a dedicated Chinswing thread where you can practice submitting spoken answers online in a way very similar to the actual test. This test also features the option to record responses as videos, to make the experience even more realistic!

This version of the test is preliminary/experimental, but you may find it interesting to look at and perhaps even try for yourself.
