As terror become a worldwide problem, people tend to consider them not human. I understand them and sometimes, I can't think that they are human like us. However, after reading your essay, I get a balanced view. Even though they did horrible things, you propose three clear reasons for not treating them as they did to the victims. By United Nations Security Council, it is a crime action that forcing somebody, public, government, international organization and etc. to do specific action or not to do. And terrorists do these actions by doing violence like killing, hurting a private citizens or taking them as a hostage to strike a terror into heart. Terror become one of the most important global issues, because it is very dangerous situation. So how to treat them also becomes important topic. There are lots of victims and they have great interest on treating them. I don't agree with treating them the same way they treat their victims, because of these three reasons - human rights, being terrorist when we treat them same as they do, and finding the fundamental reasons of the problem.

First, if we treat terrorists the same way they treat their victims, we must kill or torture them. But, all of people, even atrocious criminals have rights to live. This is the most important, and at the same time, the most basic human rights. You can think that terrorists sometimes kill their victims, so we must pass a sentence of death to them. These days, many NGOs conduct a campaign for human rights. So, for example, someone, who had killed lots of women, was arrested for murder. Many people concerned with that incident insisted that he had an offense punishable by death. But, nowadays, the abolition of capital punishment is a general trend, so he is still alive until now. As the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, many or all people support to protect each persons' Human Rights. So treating them cruel can also be a discrimination.

Second, I disagree with that topic, because treating them same as they do is only being terrorists, too. of course, to whom it might concern, it is fair way to punish terrorists as they do. The main purpose of punishing terrorists is to prevent these incidents, but it could bring another and another same incidents. If this would happen, there might be more victims, and also, this result may be what they want. And there is very famous Korean proverb that we must remember - A pen rather than a sword. I know that this is not for this situation. But what I want to say is, for fighting with who have a weapon, we don't have to arm ourselves with more powerful equipments. These could be a stimulation to them, so it could bring another unfortunate situation.
