Question 11-13 (of 15):

Reading Text

Government has induced the co-teaching system; that is two teachers of Korean and Native give a lecture together in one class, to improve student's communication competence. I strongly believe that this system is very effective especially in the EFL context like us. However, there have been some problems we should overcome to use this system more effectively. Some natives need some train of teaching methods or skills, it is necessary to build good relationship between korean and native teachers, and there need an administrator who is in charge of managing foreign teachers.
The co-teaching system is good solution to teach students communicating skills. But if we can't manage natives and administer the co-teaching system well, it is not helpful but confusing to students. Therefore, if we give more systemic care about native teachers and give some special training, we can solve above matters and can stabilize the co-teaching system, which will help students enhance their communication competence a lot.

This text will be visible for 90 seconds...

Preparation time
You now have 30 more seconds to add any more notes based on what you can remember from the reading passage. Question 11 will automatically appear on your screen after 30 seconds

As a teacher, should I pay little attention to some students who are not intending to join a class for other who are really good and enjoy the class?
