every year i make up some resoultions and follow them so that i can become a better person as years go by. this year is really very imporatnt to me and i have a lot of plans ahead.
the first resolution i took for this year is i will be going to the gym daily for improving my fitness and health. last year i was so engrossed with my licensee exam preparations that i didnt give much of a thought about my fitness.so i have recntly joined in the gym and been regular since then. my husband has tagged with me. so i have company and there by no way for lioteriing around or lazziness.
i have many plans for this year. i have to clear my TOFEL exams and move to new york and find a job in a good hospital to work as physical therapist. apart from that iam also palnning to go to inida to visit my parents at the end of this year. iam also palnning for joining swimming clases .i have already enrolled my self in Y.M.C.A for swimming twice weekly.
last year i have mainatined my resolutions and still continuing with them and this year i made new palns and resolutions which i hope to continue them and succed in them. happy new year.

Every year I make a lot of plans for the upcoming months, but in fact: I normally never put its on practice. I don't really understand why, but it is probably because life brings many things which may change everything.
For this year I firstly want to improve my English, I guess you all have this goal too. Secondly is well enjoying my time and staying good with myself. Sometimes we live life so hard and fast without stopping and thinking about ourselves. This year I want for sure, stop for while and think about things I`ve done, take a rest and then start again with some new projects as well as improve the old ones.
You may be wondering why do I stop so much and think about it all. I guess is our nature improving things and look always for best results, however without knowing why, that`s why I look for some answers on the road I`ve taken.
This is not an complete and good developed essay, but you can see my main ideas for this year
