Hi my friends,
I've just heard that some students in Michigan were supposed to take their toefl (PBT version) on 17th of January; however the exam was cancelled because of the bad weather in Michigan.
I wonder, what is the difference between the two types of the exam, the Internet Based Test and the Paper Based Test??
How come that the PBT toefl is still available in developed countries, I thought that it is given only in developing countries?? 
Now, if I took the PBT toefl in my country, will the American Universities accept this exam or will they require me to take the IBT, too?? If so, I think that the PBT should be cancelled because at this time it will be useless.
