hiee.iam very confused about integrated topic as  we have less time and we are asked to mix the info and reply them in wroting and speaking iam puzzled can you please help me.....give me some tipos and tricks to prepare for this session and answer this in test and to get highest scores in test on this session please let me know

I don't know how to get highest scores in this test because I don't have any toefl experience. I will try to give some tips on these sections and I hope it helps.
 

Regarding integrated speaking, you don’t have to speak everything from the reading sections. Try to understand it and then write few points. Listen to Jason’t tips and tricks for these sections and try to practice. I was afraid of those sections in the beginning but with the practice I am able to do those now.

For 3 and 4 speaking, they will provide reading and listening and you have to speak. Read the passage and write short notes of those, you can manage time with that. By the time conversation(listening) starts, you will get some time and you can just prepare what you have to say from reading passage because later on after listening you won’t get enough time to go through reading passage. Listen to conversation and write short notes. When you start speaking, start with…. According to the notice blah blah…….You don’t have to say allt he notice, just summarize the notice, and main points from that one.

For 5 and 6 there are no reading passages. Listen to lectures and conversation properly and write notes and don’t forget I THINK part in Q number 5.

Regarding integrated writing, read the passage properly, you have enough time for that, around 3-5 mins I think. Write short notes like examples and the main points so that you can co relate with the lectures. Then notes from listening, compare with your notes and write points. Don’t try to write each and everything from lectures, it’s better to listen properly and write just few points and examples from those. You just need to practice for this section.

INTEGRATED WRITING TASK

1.       INTRODUCTION

 

·         Summarize reading and listening passage

 

There are many ways to start like-

 

a.) In the lecture the professor made blah blah ……The reading passage agrees or refutes blah blah…..

 

b.) In this set of materials, the lecturer states……….The reading passage supports or refutes……….

 

c.) Both the reading passage and lectures……….

 

2.   BODY

*  Details from lectures and compare with reading passage ( say whether lecture agrees or disagrees with reading passage). Give emphasis on main points and examples.  It is always better to write more from lectures.

* There are 2 ways to write body paragraph

a.) you can compare lecture and reading passage and divide each points into paragraph.

b.) you can write reading passage main points in 1 paragraph and write about lecture in another one.

 

There are three integrated task in this forum. Try that one and try from toefl book also. Practice so many times.
