TOPIC:Sport activities and Library activities in the universities and their budget

The developing countries and the developed countries have different standards on every level of education,especially university education.If I lived in a developed country,I could completely agreed that universities should give equal amount of money to both the student`s sport activities and the library activities because university budget is sufficient to success it.However,I live in the developing country. Thus , more amount of money should be given to library activities , is more plausible because of some reasons like limited conditions for student`s studying , necessity quality information and improved research activities which are related to country`s development.

Firstly , some students have to stay dormitory with few roomates.Sometimes , this number can even increase to eight. Hence , students can face some hard conditions while they are studying . In the developing countries , students are mostly face these conditions so libraries are so important for their education due to quiet and efficient features of library. Therefore, universities provide this opportunity through the most efficient way and they can use limited resources to accomplish it,mostly.

Secondary , students should have similar standards with other countries` students when they want to reach information in library . In constrast , developing countries do not have similar resources with other countries.In order to reach these standards , university should focus on library development , is necessary to provide quality information for qualified students.

Lastly , development phenomen is the most considerable aim for developing countries` goverments . Therefore , they give importance to research activities and expend huge amount of money for them . Universties are the most common area in order to success it so the most amount of money should be used for these researches in the libraries and labs in these countries.

In conclusion , Sport activities are so important in young universty students` lives, surely. Unfortunately , some countries have to order some expenditures according to their importance and necessities . Therefore , students should do some sports in a cheaper way and universities should give more money to library activities in the developing countries because this is so significant for their development stages.
