Hi Jason and all TOEFL Test Takers,

My score : 110/ 120.  Reading:30/ 30    Listening 27/ 30     Speaking 28/ 30   Writing 25/ 30

And it is the Speaking section score which has made me write this first contributing post here.

Let me introduce myself. I am done with my Medical studies in English medium from Pakistan and going to apply for Masters in USA. I took the test on 22nd Feb and hardly prepared for 10 days as applications deadlines approaching closely. I did Barron and Kaplan Tests Cds that made me realize that I was already doing quite well in Reading and Listening but had no clue of speaking and writing sections. With so little time on my hand, I came across this Renshaw Internet School website which proved to be blessing for my speaking  section.
I didn't have time to practice or contribute or even record my answers for assessment. So what I did, I just viewed and kept in mind the Jason's speaking questions tips videos and went through Independent topics list and other practice tests posted here by Jason.I had to be my own judge and I thought my speaking was average. But the result has proved that its all because of the Jason's tips that I managed to score well. He is absolutely correct when he says TOEFL not only looks for your fluency but also relevancy and specific pattern for answering questions. As far as writing is concerned, I didn't have time to improve or practice it.So again I just went through the Jason's thread mentioning the pattern of writing essay only in 10 minutes.

Jason, I want to thank you for your valueable advices free of cost for everyone around the world. My purpose of posting this thread is to appreciate Jason for his efforts and hard work and to let others know that his tips are excellent and essential for scoring high on test.Jason Renshaw has a true spirit of a teacher specially considering the fact that he is giving his knowledge, tips and even assessments without charging any money which is literally impossible to find in today's materialistic world. God bless you  and Best of Luck to all out there preparing  for TOEFL.

Maham.

To get scores of 28 in speaking and 25 in writing, through self-preparation, is a real credit to your determination! I'm very glad to hear the materials in this forum and on the RISE website were helpful to you.

Good luck in your future endeavors - I'm sure you're going to be a great success!

Very best wishes,

I decided to be optimistic regarding the "TOEFL iBT" after what i'd just read. I have to get 26/30 in the speaking section, and it's my fourth month preparing for the test, but i never had the courage to take it. Many negatively thinking people keep saying that no one earns that score, therefore, I thought i'd never pass.

Hi Jason,
This is lsuryap from NY would like to thank you for the service you are providing for the aspiring students and other professionals who are in need of higher score in TOEFL. My speaking score made me to write this thanking letter. I was in need of 26 in speaking for my licencing exam, for which I have been struggling for last 8 months. Lots of attempts, failures, frustration and pain. While searching on net I found this website and your services and videos, then I tried to follow your
tips, surprisingly in my 2nd attempt ( after following your tips )only I got my score. Before that I used to get 23/24 in speaking, I applied for rescoring  for 6 times but there was no change, I didn't know where I was going wrong. But your tips helped me a lot. I have recomended 2 of my friends to use your services and to follow your tips. And I request all my online friends to follow the tips and use Jason's services ( Mentor plus ). I really appreciate for your help.

Hi Jason, I have worried myself sick to find out if all is well with you. I even e-mailed you  and did not get a response and that heighted my anxiety. I hope all is well with you and that you are healthy because you wrote on your website that the new toefl mentor for speaking and writing starts late July but we are now in August. Anyway, I hope all is well with you. Take care and bye.

Hello everybody,
I 'm very happy to let you all know that finally I passed the 26 barrier in the speaking section. I took the test on 11th of September and last Friday I received my score : R 29, L 24, S 27, W 28. I took the test four times and I have never had problems with the other sections, except speaking. Last two times I got 24 and 23 respectively. Eventually, I accomplished my requirements for Visa Screen.

For Jason : thank you for your website , the free materials , the tips and tricks that helped me during my study ( even the i-talk helped me smile). I 'm very sure that many test-takers will learn from here.

Good luck for everybody and ...well...keep going ! smile
