This sounds terrific! I'm going to the US to pursue my graduate study. That's why I would definitely like to take part in this conversational online practice program. I hope it will help me become a better conversationalist. Could you kindly guide me on how to join?

Yes, I got your email, but I'm not sure if this is the program for you. You specifically state you want to use it to help you improve your iBT TOEFL speaking, and I specifically stated that this has nothing to do with TOEFL. It is conversation practice - genuine, interactive conversation. I don't want to start a conversation just answering a person's questions about how to improve their TOEFL score (I get enough of that already!).
 
If you want to try this because you want to genuinely communicate, let me know. If you're just looking for more TOEFL practice for free, please - give this one a miss.

Once I have approved your membership, you can start a conversation 1-1 with me in the "Private Conversations with Jason" zone.
 
I'm not going to initiate the conversations from now on. I'm tired of getting this started and doing all the work and then have people not bother to reply. If you really want to do this and practice conversation with me, you can start the conversation yourself, please! Go to the private conversations with Jason zone, and record a hello/initial greeting. I promise you that I will respond!
 
I will stress again - this is NOT free iBT practice. If you join the group and start submitting TOEFL responses, I will just delete your thread. There are dozens of other Voxopop threads where you can concentrate on TOEFL practice. This one is for genuine conversation practice only.
 
I've deleted some of the threads people asked me to start for them, because they sat there without an answer for more than a week. Please don't ask to be part of this if you're not serious about it!
