What is the differece between "also", "too", "either" and "as well?"

Hello you all,

does anybody ever had this same doubt as I? Could someone help me in this topic with this question?

I always use these words, however I'm not always certain about how using it. The main doubt appears when I use "as well".

What do you guys have to say about this?
