Malls are a recent phenomena. Since shopping became a way of spending
the leisure time, they started to be built all over the world. They are
actually a good way to organize massive shopping, since they enclose
all the places in a single location, and isolate them from the public
scene. Even though I never frequent them because I dislike spending my
time buying things, I think that a mall could be a good incorporation
for the area where I reside.
So, do I support the construction of the new shopping mall? I
definitely do. Personally, I think that a project of this magnitude
will benefit the local community by boosting its economy and empowering
the neighborhood.
The first reason why I support the plan is that it will enhance the local economy. Although it may turn out to be a severe competition for some of the independent shoppes, in a free market economy competition is always welcome. With the incorporation of this big mall, the quality of the area will undoubtedly increase. For instance, the restaurants will attract people with a higher purchasing power, and the stores will increase their sales. Furthermore, the value of the land will surely increment. Since most of the neighbors own the properties where they live, I am certain that whenever they choose to move out they will make a big profit out of their houses and apartments.
In addition, I also support the project because it will radically empower the neighborhood. Such a big investment as a shopping center will require the melioration of the surrounding infrastructure. For example, the cobble of the streets will be almost certainly replaced by smooth pavement. So even if the street will be much more crowded, the traffic will generate less noise. Moreover, considering that the police always protect private property, the neighborhood will be a much safer place to hang out at night. In this way, crime will assuredly decrease, and the kids will be able to go out without any companion.
To conclude, I have accounted for the reasons why I not only approve
but also support the construction of the shopping mall in my
neighborhood. I am confident that it will increase our living standard
by improving our economy. Likewise, given that it will amend the
infrastructure of the area, it shall turn the zone into a much nicer
place to live. We should keep in mind that a few local shops may go on
bankruptcy if they do not fix their settings, so we must consequently
inform them about our preferences, so they can improve their businesses.

No one can deny the importance of building a new
large shopping center. As a resident my self, I actually find the idea of
existing a new shopping center near my neighborhood is wonderful. While there
would certainly be a variety of disadvantages of this idea, surprisingly I
support it. This is mainly based on my feeling that comes out of experience in
living in my small isolated town, where building a new shopping center will
refresh the area and its economical resources. Likewise, this shopping center
will broadcast the town to the surrounding towns.
First of all, building a new shopping center will
prosper the town and refresh its resources. Interestingly, many of new food
markets and restaurants will open nearby that center to satisfy the customer
needs who are either inside or out side the shopping center, or people who live
in that town. Personally, I consider my town as an isolated town; where I am
forced to drive more than twenty miles every other day just to go to a food
market or a restaurant. Moreover, drop the unemployment rate in my town since a
new job market will give the opportunity to the town residents to have a work.
For example, my friend jon found a job in his town after building a new factory,
before that he was unemployed for more than five years.
In addition to the prosperity of the town, I think
that broadcasting the town to other areas helps big time; when people from the
beside villages and cities comes to work in that large shopping center.
Therefore, they will live in the new town with their families and knowing more
about the town, after that telling others about it, which will change its
status from indefinite town to a known one.
I conclusion, for me personally, any town needs to
have a large shopping center to motivate the existing

If really a large shopping center may be built in my neighborhood I will be happy. It is wonderful. I will be support this plan. When a large shopping center in your town here you can do something intresting, watch new films, talk about something pleasent with your friends. And you spend time in pleasent are.
First af all, there food markets where you can buy what you want, it is clear and confortable, cafe or restaurants where you can eat delicious nationalty foods or fast foods with yor family. In some malls are baby care rooms where your baby waiting you while you are shopping. No worry about your baby in baby care rooms baby sister take care to your baby. And here you can take free advice for take care you baby.
Second malls, a large shopping centers take a lot of staff. It means that unemployment in my town will decreasing. And evrebody unemployment may find appropriate jobs. In addition my town will be precious.
But one no it will be crowded by people, here will be much noise.It will be anything. But all the same I support to built mall in my town. I will be first client in this shopping centre.
