Some people prefer to get up early in the morning and start the day's work. Others prefer to get up later in the day and work until late at night. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice

Some people prefer to get up early in the morning and start the day's work. Others prefer to get up later in the day and work until late at night. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice.


No one can deny the importance of taking enough time for sleeping and rest, many doctors advise to sleep eight continuous hours daily at the minimum rate. As a student, wife and mother to be, I actually think that I need to a very accurate schedule to accomplish things I need to do it badly every day. The idea of getting up lately is very attractive to me, but it is really difficult. While there would certainly be a variety of viewpoints and advantages that support sleeping to a late hour, surprisingly I prefer to get up early in the morning. This is based on the results I have got after trying both ways. These results enhanced the following .


First of all, accomplishment of many different tasks. When a person gets up early every day, he/she could finish more works especially if he/she has a lot of commitments. For example, I am student, wife, and mother to be within three months, therefore I need to wake up at 8:00AM daily to arrange the house and clean it, then prepare the breakfast, after that making the lunch and put it into the refrigerator then going to the school at the end return to home and having my lunch, washing the dishes, doing the pregnancy practices etc. This is my daily schedule, let alone the crowded one  in the weekend or when I go to the clinic. I believe that if I don’t waking up early, then I couldn’t accomplish thing as the recent situation.

In addition to the accomplishment, I think that waking up earlier is healthier than waking up lately. This is based on many medical researches. So the person could smell the morning’s fresh air. Personally, I and my husband waking up early and going out doing some sports in the purified air. This is benefits us especially for me as a pregnant.


In conclusion, getting up early helps the person to do as much works as he/she could, also being accurate and scheduled. Moreover, it helps to continue practicing and still healthy all the way. Putting aside the good things from waking up lately, But I don’t see any convincing reason to don’t wake up early.

Some people can work early in the morning and others prefer work at midnight.In the other word some people prefer sleep soon and wake up soon and some others like sleep later and stand up later.There are some diffrences between human, their body or physiology.Some people could not stand up early in the morning and some others can not read or work late.
I prefer to get up early in the morning because when you get up early you think that day is longer and have enough time to do your work.For example when you start your study at 7 o clock,you can read and study until 13 and after that enjoy your meal and make a decision about your afternoon.When people start work sooner can go home earlier and go out with their family.In the afternoon people can go cinema or park or party and this activity are not easy at night because trafic and some other problem.for example walking in a park is enjoyable in the afternoon but at night it can be dangerous.
In the other hand  when people work in the morning,they can do a lot of work that they can not do them in the afternoon.For example bank are open in the morning,vegetable and fruits are more fresh in the morning and it is usefull for houswife to go out in the morning for shoping and have not trafic jam in this time.
Another reason is day is for working and night is for sleep.people can sleep at night better because there is darkness and it is more better for relaxation.in the morning when sun go up,it is better to get up and some physician are agree with this idea that body are adapted with world and specialy sun.One theory said that working in the morning is more natural and this kind of people who work during a day and rest at night are healthier than others.
As a result,Some people think that wake up early and do their work is easier and some of them like start work later and continue this until midnight.working in the morning is more better because people can do some hobby in the afternoon,do their work sooner and do some work that are special to morning.Working in the during of the day is more commen for body and better for their health.

The preference of work schedule solely depends on the kind of profession you are involve.An employee could not demand on his own choice because once he get employed, he or she has already schedule being plotted by the company. In my opinion, I would prefer to get up early in the morning and start the day's work due to the main reasons such as it provides healthy condition to the body, normal lifestyle and activities and gives room for recreation and family bonding.
 
Our body system follows the normal circadian rhythm and this considered normal if you are sleeping for at least eight hours in the evening and waking up early in the morning to prepare for the day's work. If you break the biological clock, one might have a circadian rhythm disorder that might affect one's health as a long term effect of shift in work schedule like staying late.Moreover, it contributes a beneficial effect to our health because we  maintain a healthy lifestyle coupled with  regular exercise and eating proper food nutrition.
 
Another point to consider is having a normal lifestyle and activities after a long day work.One has a lot of activities to be done such as going to mall, bar or just simply hanging out with a friend. Others may choose to do some important appointments during office hours while others seem to favor just to go home after work.As a result, they can manage to have a quality time and organized things at their own convenience.
 
More importantly, this kind of working schedule would develope a good relationship and strengthen your family because you are seeing each other and have time together after work at daytime till late at night. You are opt to plan for recreation maybe on weekends or just a simple dinner in a favorite restaurant. In addition, you will have enough time for the family and interact with them before the day ends especially if you have kids.
 
In conclusion, the important points to get up early in the morning and start the day's work are for health reasons,having a normal lifestyle and schedule and the quality time spend for the family. Indeed, it's benefeicial to work on this kind of schedule compare to evening not only because of the favorable reasons mentioned earlier but also for everyone's benefit and preserving your life to a normal routine of the day to make yourself a productive person in the society.

I prefer to get up early in the morning and start the day`s work earlier.I this way I keep track of my stuff which I have planned to do that day.If I am getting late for one thing I can speed up and do it on time but if I started at evening or night time its impossible to continue and I have to complete it on next day,which is more frustating and more time consuming.

Also,medically it is well known that you should get up early its not only goood for your physical health but also for  mental health.Doctors recommend 8 hours of sleep each day to be active and this is only possible at night time because during daytime there are many disturbances because of whcih person couldn`t  get continuous sleep during daytime.People can get this only if they work early in the morning and come home early.In my opinion working early morning and coming home early makes relationship strong.People can go out with their families and friends as often as they want.They can spent enough time with their families and friends.

Also working early and coming home early allows them enough time to go for recreational activities,which are as important as good night sleep.If a person work at night he or she tried to get sleep at day time .In this way he or she never get any time to go for recreational activities and his or her health become more worse with time.

In conclusion I want to quote this: ``early to bed and early to rise make person happy,healthy and wise``.I strongly believe in that and follow that because getting up early help person complete their day time task quickly;they can spent much time with their families so building good and strong relation with families and friends and also keep themselves healthy.

Many people like to stay up until late night and get up late. Although, sometimes I have tempted to do so, however, I prefer to start my day early for several reasons.

First of all, my brain funcions faster. According to a study, a human can work three times more efficientlly in the morning than any other time in a day. With an agreement of the study, I find myself work far faster in the morning. It must depend on the individuals. However, for me, morning time is the best time to focus on hard works, especially what are usually postponed on the previous night.

Moreover, I can focus far better due to the calm atmoshere. It seems that people talk less in the morning, so that there are not many calls or unnecessary conversations. This makes me even more comfortable with working in the morning, because I am the person who has too sensitive ears which make me unconcentrated in noisy surroundings.

In addition to those advantages, a regular routine makes me healthy mentally and physically. By getting up early, it is easy  to plan a daily schedule and comlish most jobs without being hurry. As all of us know, business hours are normally from 9 am to 6 pm. Therefore, I can use any time of the business hours regarding on some works involved with other people. This can  be beneficial for maintaining sound mental status as well as healthy body.

In summary, I do better and more jobs in the morning because my brains works effieciently. As well as this, I can focus on my works far better in the morning than in the afternoon. Furthermore, I can be healthier by regulating my routine. Therefore, I enjoy getting up as early as possible and start my day's work with refreshment.
